Our staff management module is fully integrated into the activity planner and provides you the ability to set staff shifts and assign staff to activities based on their availability as well as on their skills and qualifications. Each staff member can have their own login to view their shifts and assignments as well as update their availability if required.
When your customers arrive for an activity, providing an easy check-in facility creates a good first impression. Our onsite manager module gives staff a no nonsense screen showing the activities on a given date and expected attendees to check-in. Quick access to each attendees medical notes and emergency contact details is available if needed. Support for attendee wrist bands or other forms of identification endorses the safety considerations of this module. If required, this module can have its own login so that personnel overseeing the check-in process cannot access the rest of the system.
